Jackolof Bay Water Taxi
Jakolof Bay is a hidden gateway in Kachemak Bay. From here there is road access to McDonald Spit and the scenic fishing community of Seldovia. This town was once the third largest city in Alaska and known for its commercial fishing operations. Jakolof Bay has a public dock, oyster farms and beautiful scenery. There hiking trails to Red Mountain and abundant berry picking later in late summer.
